SAUVIGNON BLANC

The name Sauvignon comes from the French ‘sauvage’, meaning wild. Sauvignon’s flavours include straw, hay, grass, meadow, green tea, herbs, tropical fruit and gunflint. Sauvignon Blanc is taut, lithe and herbal with a keen stiletto of acidity that vibrates through the centre of the wine.
