HOW DOES THE LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?

Use of the card is subject to our terms and conditions.
It is a gesture for your loyal support, we will reward you 10% “Cash Back” on the total of your bill. This be wil be electronically credited to your loyalty card. You can accumulate your balance over a period of time or use your points as they become available to spend at any of our restaurants.
As a loyalty member, you will be notified about our ongoing promotions and any special events.
All benefits, accumulation and redemption of points are only valid on presentation of the card.
Only the card holder can earn points on each bill.


THE PROCESS:

Complete the application form and hand it back to the waitron serving you.  This information is confidential and will never be made available to a third party.  Start accumulating points immediately.

ACCUMULATING YOUR POINTS
Present your Slick Restaurant Group loyalty card with your bill when paying your bill at any of our restaurants.  Your waitron will swipe your card at the Point of Sale.  You will receive 10% of the bill total credited to your card, excluding points redeemed/used. Your points earned will become available to spend after 3 days.  These points may be redeemed at any Slick Restaurant.

REDEEMING YOUR POINTS
Your point are treated the same as cash.  No minimum balance is required before you can use them.  You can redeem your entire available balance or part thereof.  When paying your bill, hand your loyalty card to your waitron and indicate the value you want to redeem.  Remember 1 point equals 1 cent.  To update your details or get a statement of your cards transactions visit any of our websites: www.belthazar.co.za or www.balduccis.co.za or www.gibsonsburgers.co.za or in-store from the manager.

CONDITIONS
Slick Restaurant Group reserves the right to change (without prior notice) the benefits, terms and conditions at any time.  We reserve the right to terminate a membership card without notice.  Points may only be redeemed by the registered holder of the loyalty card.  Points cannot be exchanged for cash.  This card or membership is not transferable.  All points not used within 3 years of accumulating them, will expire.  A fee of R25 will be charged for the replacement of a lost card.  This program is subject to any peremptory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (as amended) applicable provisions shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference therein.  Card remains the property of Slick Restaurant Group at all times and may be withdrawn at any time.

BIRTHDAY VOUCHER
To help you enjoy your birthday, the Slick Restaurant Group will issue you with a R200 birthday voucher.  This voucher will be loaded onto your card to spend anytime during the month of your birthday and is redeemable once during that month only. Your card must be used at least 4 times per annum in order to qualify.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note that any loyalty rewards credited to your loyalty card is your reward for the individual bill paid in question. We cannot ‘SPLIT’ the loyalty reward amongst various different card holders for the same bill.
