Nearly 26 years ago our vision was to build a “once off” cutting edge Designer Restaurant that told a story about our passion and love for what we do.
We commissioned world renown Architect Stefan Antoni. After traveling with Stefan to Italy, he created an architectural masterpiece that encompassed Ian’s vision which was his dream.
The restaurant won several awards for its design and was built in solid cherry wood and was described all over the world as “Understated European Elegance”.
Just due to the sheer volumes of customers that that visited the restaurant over the years, in 2015 we closed for three months to refurbish and in keeping up with Stefan’s unique world wide award winning cutting edge design, the restaurant was upgraded.

Balducci has a simple philosophy; to provide a memorable experience by redefining the essence of good home cooked food and continually upping the standards with its slick understated European elegance, stunning views and gracious service in our trendy yet stylish environment.
The emphasis is on providing good quality food that is simple, fresh, filled with passion and served in style.
